Yea, its training time, time to run up those steps, hit those hills and really GO HARD. For those that don’t know, I am a huge fan of the sweet science of boxing. There’s damn near a boxing metaphor in all of these freestyles…. Today tho, I thought I would hit you with an original joint produced by J Trax who also produced all but 2 tracks on REFRESHING. So as I stick and move on these weak emcees, watch for the hook.
